14-day right of return: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return your goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without giving any reason.
You have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 calendar days of the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, receive the goods. This right applies to purchases made through this website in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of your cancellation.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Goods should be returned in their original or equivalent packaging. If you have handled the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any diminished value.
We will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, or of receiving evidence that you have returned the goods (whichever is earlier). Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
The refund will include the cost of standard delivery (the cheapest delivery option we offer). We do not refund enhanced or express delivery charges.
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time of discovery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. In the case of goods that are faulty within 30 days of receipt, you have the right to a full refund.
